It is only the Invoice was pass over to QuickBooks Online. Once the invoice is received into Zahara, the invoice can be matched, approved and then exported into QuickBooks Online. These can be approved by email and the purchase order sent onto the supplier. Your staff can have a Zahara account and place purchase requests. You get better buying with Zahara and QuickBooks Online fused together. Most importantly, you can also post your invoices from Zahara straight back to QuickBooks fully approved. Our QuickBooks Online integration allows you to instantly pull in all your suppliers, accounts codes, Classes and your tax codes straight into Zahara. Still using Desktop or Enterprise? Although we don’t have any sync with the desktop versions of QuickBooks we have two invoice export options using IIF files or Excel.
